The Role

What a Support Coordinator does at GenCare

Support Coordinators are the strategic thinkers behind great NDIS outcomes. You'll work with participants and families to understand their goals, design their plans, coordinate all the moving parts, and make sure they're actually achieving what matters to them.

This is relationship-intensive work. You'll be the trusted advisor participants turn to when they need to understand their plan, navigate conflicts, or make a change. You'll liaise with therapists, providers, families, and the NDIA. And you'll use data and strategic thinking to drive better outcomes.

GenCare coordinators work in a collaborative environment with manageable caseloads, regular supervision, and genuine support.
