What we do

Transport options to suit every need

Most common
Medical & Allied Health Appointments

Reliable transport to GP, specialist, OT, physio, speech pathology and hospital appointments — with the option of a support worker accompanying the participant throughout.

Community Activities & Social Outings

Transport to sporting activities, community groups, day programs, shopping centres, parks and social events — supporting participants to be active members of their community.

Wheelchair Accessible Transport

Fully accessible vehicles with ramps or lifts, tie-down systems and trained drivers — for participants who use manual or powered wheelchairs.

Education & Employment Transport

Regular rostered transport to TAFE, university, training programs and supported employment — helping participants build skills and maintain work or study commitments.

Supported Transport with Worker

Where a participant needs support beyond the trip itself — a support worker travels with them, assists with the appointment or activity and supports the return journey.

Flexible & After-Hours Transport

Transport available outside standard business hours — including early morning, evenings and weekends — to match the participant's actual schedule and activity needs.

For Families & Carers

Stop being the only transport option.

Many families become the default transport provider for their family member — every appointment, every activity, year after year. It adds hours to every week and makes respite nearly impossible to take. GenCare Assisted Transport gives you a reliable alternative — a consistent driver who knows the routine, handles it professionally and keeps your family member safe and on time.

For Participants

Transport should not be the reason you miss out.

Every missed appointment and every skipped activity because transport fell through is a cost to your wellbeing and your NDIS goals. GenCare transport is reliable, accessible and built around your schedule — not the other way around. Same driver, same vehicle, same time. You just get in and go.

Why GenCare

Consistent drivers. Every trip.

Inconsistent transport — different drivers who do not know the participant, late pick-ups, vehicles that are not accessible — is one of the most common complaints about NDIS transport providers. GenCare transport is built around consistency: same driver, same vehicle, same time. Participants know who is coming. Families trust the arrangement completely.

Assisted Transport — Melton

My husband has been using GenCare transport to his day program three times a week for eight months. Same driver, always on time, always calls if there is any delay. I used to spend four hours a week driving him myself. That time back has genuinely changed our quality of life. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
