Terms governing your use of GenCare Services and our website.

When you engage GenCare Services for NDIS support, you enter into a Service Agreement governed by these terms. The specific terms of your services are outlined in your individual Service Agreement with GenCare. In the event of conflict between these general terms and your specific Service Agreement, your Service Agreement takes precedence.

2. Website Use Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to:

  • Not interfere with or disrupt website functionality
